Community Questions

How often will I be invited to take part in a survey?
You could be invited to take part in several surveys each week, but you should never receive more than one invitation a day.

How will I know if there is a survey for me to complete?
You will be emailed an invitation which will contain a link to the accompanying survey.

How do I access the survey?
Simply click on the link within the survey email invitation, or copy and paste the link into your browser.

How long will it take to complete a survey?
Surveys will typically range from 2 to 20 minutes to complete.  On some occasions you may be asked to take part in projects that run for a longer period of time, these will be occasional and you will be rewarded accordingly.

What's in it for me?
You will be rewarded either with Tribe Points or Prize Draw entries.  When you reach 500 Tribe points, you will be able to exchange your points for a £5 Amazon gift voucher. The type of reward will be stated in the email invite.

How do I know if I have won a prize draw?
You will receive an email if you have won and the winners will also be announced on the website.

Do I have to complete a given number of surveys to remain a member of the panel?
You may be removed from the panel if you do not participate in any of the activities you are invited to in a six month period.

How do I change / update my profile?
Login and click on 'Your profile'

I have forgotten my password - what do I do?
Just click on 'Forgot password?' to reset your password

Do I need to login each time I visit?
Yes, for security purposes, every member of the panel must login with their email address/username and password.

I have registered but have not yet received a survey
Don’t worry, you will be invited to a survey as soon as a suitable opportunity becomes available.

Did you receive my survey?
If you clicked on the finish key at the end of the survey then your survey has been received.

You can check which surveys you have completed by going to Completed Surveys

What happens to my personal information and the answers I give?
Your personal information is used to communicate with you and manage your Tribe Village membership; it is not shared with any third parties to market any products to you.  Your answers are used anonymously, you will never receive any solicitation from third party companies by taking part in Tribe Village.

What do I do if I need help?

Who owns Tribe Village?
Tribe Village is owned and managed by Tribes Research Limited (www.tribesresearch.co.uk) a digital market research company.

What if I have a question not covered in the FAQ?
If you have a question that isn't covered in this FAQ please send an email to support@tribevillage.co.uk or go to the ‘Contact us’ page on the website.

How do I unsubscribe from Tribe Village?
Click on 'Unsubscribe from Tribe Village' at the bottom of any page and follow the instructions. Alternatively email support@tribevillage.co.uk with ‘Unsubscribe’ in the subject line, or click on the ‘Unsubscribe’ link in any of the emails we send you.

Can I re-join Tribe Village once unsubscribed?
If you unsubscribe by mistake or wish to re-join Tribe Village please email support@tribevillage.co.uk.
