Terms and Conditions of Membership
1.1) Tribe Village website (www.tribevillage.com) and Tribe Village panel (“Tribe Village”) is owned and managed by Tribes Research Limited of The Surrey Technology Centre, Surrey Research Park, Guildford, GU2 7YG (a company registered in England and Wales with company no: 8385662)
1.2) Tribes Research may amend these terms and conditions at any time by posting changes online. As a member it is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes made. Your continued membership of the Tribe Village Panel after any changes are posted means you agree to be legally bound by these terms as updated and/or amended.
2. Membership of Tribe Village
2.1) Membership of the panel is only open to residents of the UK who are 16 years of age or over.
2.2) Membership of the panel is free.
2.3) Membership is personal to you and is not transferable.
2.4) You may only join the panel once
2.5) Membership of the panel entitles you to various incentives, including but not restricted to Tribe points, that are accrued and redeemed for gift vouchers and prize draws. Please refer to Points and Prize Draw Rules for the terms and conditions applying to the incentives on offer.
2.6) Tribes Research reserve the right to refuse any membership applications.
2.7) Tribes Research shall not be liable for any losses, costs or expenses, howsoever caused, arising out of your membership of the panel (including indirect, consequential or incidental losses or damages).
3.1) Tribes Research may terminate your membership of the Tribe Village panel:
- Immediately on written notice if you are in breach of this agreement;
- At any time by giving you 30 days notice by email; or
- If you fail to take part in surveys in any 6 month period.
3.2) You can terminate this agreement by unsubscribing from the Tribe Village panel by sending an email to email@example.com or by going to the unsubscribe section of the website

4. Licence to use website
4.1) Unless otherwise stated, Tribes Research or our licensors own the intellectual property rights in the website and material on the website. Subject to the licence below, all these intellectual property rights are reserved.
4.2) The website may be accessed anonymously as a visitor. To access certain services and content, such as feedback information, you are required to register as a member of the panel.
- republish material from this website (including republication on another website);
- sell, rent or sub-license material from the website;
- show any material from the website in public;
- reproduce, duplicate, copy or otherwise exploit material on our website for a commercial purpose;
- edit or otherwise modify any material on the website; or
